About Me
Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Taking those first steps to improving your mental health and overall well-being can feel like a daunting task, but here you are. Taking that step. I’m proud of you!
Here’s a little about me. A social worker by trade, I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2003 with my Bachelors of Social Work and from Salem State University in 2008 with a Masters of Social Work degree. As a New England native, I am most often found by the beach or the mountains, visiting local thrift shops, and spending time with loved ones.
I value authenticity and connection. With a foundation in trauma-informed care, I understand the profound impact of trauma on mental well-being. I believe that we all have the capacity for healing from trauma and can learn a great deal from our own inherent resiliencies.
My client-centered philosophy ensures that you are the expert of your own healing journey. Together, we’ll collaboratively work towards your goals, fostering a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore, process and transform your experiences.
You don’t have to do it alone.
